I am passionate about models of support for people with intellectual disability that move beyond notions of care to include approaches that focus on supporting learning for and through life. In my research I am exploring the lived experiences of adults with intellectual disability as they learn across a variety of settings, and in better understanding their experiences, aim to highlight the factors that promote and hinder their learning.
